Cohousing, one of the attempts to create housing community, has been successfully practised for many years in many countries. Cohousing creates social bonds. It's a self-creating movement in which everything relies on the community engaged. Oriented ecological cohousing (e-cohousing) teaches responsibility for oneself, the others and the environment.
